GFL Memorial Gardens is a fully accessible facility. If you need any further information or to request the use of a facility wheelchair escort for an event please contact the Box Office at 705-759-5251 ext. 2.

Accessible Parking

Parking spots for guests with disabilities are available on a first-come, first-served basis. There are 11 designated accessibility parking spaces in the main parking lot. Theses spaces, including van-accessible spaces, are designated for vehicles displaying a current disability placard.

Accessible seating is located throughout the building; location availability is dependent on the specific event and stage location. 

 

Wheelchair accessible seating for guests is available in various areas of the concourse of GFL Memorial Gardens depending on the type of event. Designated areas are as follows: Sections 103, 105, 108, 111, 113, 115, 118, and 119.

 

For guests with limited mobility, we will do our best to accommodate any special requests. When purchasing your tickets, please inform your ticket seller of any special needs you may have that require accommodations.

Guests who need accessible seating, but did not purchase tickets in an accessible area, will be accommodated to the best of our ability. If possible please call ahead and speak with Christina Periard at 705-759-5254.

One adjacent companion spot is available for purchase with every accessible seat purchased.

The main entrance at Gate A is fully accessible by ramp and a designated VIP/Accessibility entrance is available below Gate A. The elevator at this entrance will provide guests access to all three levels of the facility.

All washroom facilities at GFL Memorial Gardens are wheelchair accessible. In addition, accessible family service washrooms are located on the event and concourse. Baby changing tables are conveniently located in the family service washrooms.

Hearing assistance devices are available free of charge at the Box Office for some shows. You will be asked to leave your credit card or photo identification as a deposit. Arrangements can be made in advance by calling the Box Office at 705-759-5251 ext 2.

All service animals are welcome. Please notify your ticket seller at the time of purchase if an aisle seat is required for your service animal.

All concession stands are at an accessible height and each has a designated aisle for guests with wheelchairs.
